How to Use

1. Hold the power button for 2–3 seconds until the LED flashes red and blue, then select the headband in your phone's Bluetooth list.
2. Slip the band over your head and position the speakers over your ears.
3. Press the middle button once to pause or play. Short-press – or + to change track; long-press to lower or raise the volume.
4. To charge, plug in the included cable: the LED glows red while charging and turns blue when full.

Is it comfortable if I sleep on my side?

The speakers sit inside a soft fabric band rather than in your ears, so there's nothing pushing into your ear canal when your head is on the pillow. Every pillow and position is different, but at around 90g it's far lighter than regular headphones.
