You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a refund, exchange, or replacement.

How to Start a Return

Reach out through our chat or contact page within 30 days of receiving your order. Let us know what's wrong or why you'd like to return it.
Step 2: We'll guide you
We'll provide simple return instructions and, if needed, a return shipping label or address.
Step 3: Send it back
Pack the item securely (original packaging is helpful but not required) and ship it back following our instructions.
Step 4: Get your refund
Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund within a few business days to your original payment method.
What Can Be Returned
- Items you changed your mind about
- Products that don't match our description
- Defective or damaged items
- Wrong item shipped
- Anything that doesn't meet your expectations
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, items should be:
- Unused and in original condition (we understand you may need to open packaging to inspect — that's fine)
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
If an item arrives damaged or defective, we'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund immediately.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email confirmation and process your refund.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional few days to appear in your account.
Exchanges
Need a different size, color, or product? We're happy to help with exchanges.
Just let us know what you'd like instead, and we'll get the replacement shipped as soon as we receive your return.
Return Shipping
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we'll cover return shipping costs.
For standard returns (change of mind, etc.), return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.
Non-Returnable Items
Most items can be returned, but a few exceptions may apply:
- Personalized or custom-made products (if applicable)
- Items marked as final sale (we'll always note this clearly before purchase)
