Thank you for choosing Nexus Market! We are committed to delivering your every day needs efficiently and seamlessly. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our processes and guidelines.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you directly via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Our system automatically calculates these rates to ensure accuracy.

  • Standard U.S. Delivery Estimate: 7-14 business days

Please Note: Delivery estimates are calculated from the date of shipment, not the date of order. While we strive to meet these estimates, delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., carrier delays, weather).

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. This is typically automated through our system. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (for International Shipments)

Nexus Market LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.).

Refused Packages: In cases where packages are returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, taxes, or a refusal to accept the delivery, the customer will be refunded for the cost of the product(s), minus the original and return shipping charges.

5. Damaged or Defective Orders

Nexus Market LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we are here to help. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Before filing a claim, please take photos of the damaged item and all packaging materials. We ask that you save all packaging materials and damaged goods, as they may be needed for the claim process. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will assist you in any way we can.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please do the following:

  1. Check with neighbors, building management, or others who may have accepted the package on your behalf.
  2. Contact the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) with your tracking number to inquire about the delivery.

Nexus Market LLC's responsibility concludes once the tracking information from the carrier indicates that the package has been successfully "Delivered". We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the confirmed delivery.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs.
